Cancellations
Life happens - we get it. All we ask is a 24-hour heads-up if you need to cancel or reschedule. When you ghost us last-minute, we can’t fill your spot and another guest misses out. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice (or don’t show at all), a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Late / Tardy Policy
We love you, but we also love being on time. We offer a 10–15 minute grace period - after that we’ll give you a call. If you’re running too late for us to complete your service, we may need to reschedule. Respecting time means we can give every guest the attention they deserve (including you).
Guarantee: Services & Products
Not 100% thrilled? Tell us within 10 days and we’ll make it right. With blonding, keep in mind: every head of hair is different - texture, history, and natural color all affect how light you’ll go. We guarantee our application, but we can’t promise platinum miracles in one sitting. Bought a product you don’t vibe with? Bring it back within 30 days (at least 2/3 full) and swap it for store credit toward something you’ll love.
